About Us:
We are a boutique HR Consultancy committed to delivering high-quality HR advice and services to a diverse range of business clients. To date, this has been through our strategic joint venture partners.
We are looking to expand the scope and number of joint ventures while also seeking to leverage our marketing know-how to secure clients direct, whether through digital efforts or through our sister employment law firm.
We are now looking for a talented and experienced HR Consultant to join our dynamic team on an employed basis.
The Role:
With a varied role, the key aspects will be:
To assist the law firm by:
- promoting and delivering HR services into the law firm’s client base.
- helping generate work for the lawyers through your established HR network.
To:
- Promote and deliver a broad range of HR services:
- direct to new clients.
- through our existing joint venture relationships.
- Seek out and service new joint ventures.
The work you will target, and deliver will be high-level HR Director type services, which helps business managers and owners with things like:
- Succession.
- HR Strategy – helping the business devise a people plan to support and help deliver the business’ strategic plan/aims.
- Talent Management.
- Culture change.
- DE&I.
- Reward.
- Wellbeing.
- Some of the work will be on-site collaborating with clients and will likely involve:
- Running and advising on HR processes with / on behalf of clients, including general ER issues.
- Undertaking formal investigations into grievances, disciplinary issues etc.
About You:
- Experienced HR Professional with demonstrable expertise advising businesses.
- Strong technical knowledge of HR and employment law.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Client-focused approach and self-discipline to manage work autonomously.
- Confident in managing a diverse caseload with minimal supervision.
- Proven track record of managing a busy caseload effectively.
- The ability to undertake business development.
