As an experienced HR professional, I have extensive HR generalist and business partnering experience, enabling me to advise and support all levels of management and their people through the aspects of talent acquisition, people management and development.
I have worked across a variety of sectors; private, public and the not for profit, including in education, local and central government, engineering, construction and FM, with experience working in unionised environments. I can provide advice and support in HR set ups, operational and strategic HR and act as a business partner/ advisor, covering all aspects of generalist HR (including employee life-cycle), project and change management, coaching of senior and line management, designing and delivering training programmes and workshops to improve people management practices, in addition to supporting businesses through complex performance management, absence and employee relations cases.
In addition, I am a qualified Mental Health First Aider and have project managed the implementation of staff mental health first aiders, as well as advised and supported businesses in ensuring the welfare of staff and the recognition of the diversity of the workforce, ensuring inclusion and equity.
With my wealth of HR experience, in addition to a commercial, collaborative, adaptable and pragmatic approach, I seek to always provide clients with the highest standard of service possible to support them in the strategic and practical acquisition, management and development of their people, striving to achieve organisational excellence.
